Horses creating hope

ArkStar little rider Hayley

ArkStar Kidz Club was registered as an non-profit organisation in 2017 to create an opportunity for South Africa's youth to learn, grow and participate in equestrian sport. The programme has the benefits of increasing both sport participation rates and healthy development of the youth in South Africa, as well as career opportunities for their future.

Arkstar saying

ArkStar raises funds through subscription membership to Kidz Club, organised breakfast outrides, development horse shows, events, charity shop and scholar field trips. The organisation also relies on volunteer participation, public or corporate donations and sponsorship.

"Our goal is to make sure that we help the youth of South Africa to be the best that they can be, both on and off the horse," says Founder, Taneil Arkner. "We help shape the future of these young lives by offering them opportunities to compete nationally and attain international qualifications within the equine industry, which would otherwise have been out of their reach."
